Artist: Ron Mueck
Australian born artist Ron Mueck lives and works in Britain. The incredible attention to detail in his sculptures make them compelling. He plays with scale so that these otherwise realistic sculptures are a little disturbing to look at.

Workshop: How to draw a pointing hand
You'll see the artist use a blunting stump to smudge the pencil and soften the shading. A blunting stump is made from paper tightly rolled and can be sharpened. A cotton bud will do the same job.
